Metallizing
Metallizing specialties include soft wire applications for superior corrosion resistance and machineable surfaces and EMI/RFI shielding.
Arc spray metallizing process utilizes hard wires specifically designed
for applications requiring exceptional machining capabilities or extreme abrasion resistance. These hard wires are carefully selected and blended to withstand elevated temperatures and highly corrosive environments, ensuring long-lasting protection and performance in the most demanding conditions.
Our metallizing operations are meticulously performed either in-house at our facility or on-site, depending on the specific needs of the project. We strictly adhere to standardized procedures, including Mil-Std-2138, to guarantee consistent quality and compliance with industry specifications. This ensures that every metallized coating we apply meets the rigorous demands of our clients, providing superior durability and protection across a wide range of applications.
